DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
By placing an order with us you agree to all of the terms below.
We strive to ship every order within 2-3 business days, any orders placed by 11 AM that business day will be sent to our warehouse, and we will do our best to get them shipped ASAP! Anything placed after that will be processed the next business day. Once your order receives a tracking number please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to update.
Free shipping is available on orders over $100.00 for domestic shipments.
Delivery takes 4–7 business days inside the States when selecting the flat rate $9.99/Free Shipping method (USPS). Ship times DO NOT include weekends or holidays.
For customers who would like to use the 2-Day or Standard Overnight shipping methods, the order must be placed before 10 AM MST to guarantee those delivery times. Orders placed after that time will be processed the next business day. (FedEx/UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so unfortunately the 2-Day/Overnight options are not available for those shipping to a P.O. Box; we're sorry!)
FedEx/UPS Two-day and Overnight both do not deliver on weekends.
Express orders placed on Friday before 10 AM MST will be processed, however the express shipping will not deliver on weekends, for example if your order is placed for overnight shipping the order would arrive Monday, NOT Saturday.
Express shipping orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Mondays. Please note that even if 2-Day/Overnight is selected, it will not be processed until the next business day.
International Shipping (Outside of USA)
We ship to most countries; however, import laws, customs, tariffs, and policies vary by country, and are sometimes enforced differently depending on the particular import office or customs agent who processes your shipment. We make no representations or guarantees that importing the Demon international LC is legal in your country and it is your responsibility to ensure that it is. Delivered At Place (DAP). Also called delivered duty unpaid (DDU). This term indicates that Demon International LC only takes responsibility for shipping the product, and requires the customer to pay any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees. You, the customer, are responsible for any additional charges, taxes, fees, or duties. We will ship your order according to the method you select upon purchase, but we cannot control or guarantee delivery times, as once your order reaches your country, we have no control over how long it takes to import and satisfy your country's customs and declaration procedures. In the case that your shipment is denied entrance into the country, our normal refund policies apply – that we will refund the full purchase price, minus shipping and handling, upon the receipt of your returned product.
Demon United is NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims. Demon United is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of USPS/UPS/FedEx.
**Any order, domestic or international, that is returned back to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., the customer will have to pay for reshipment of the package. If requesting a refund, the shipping cost will NOT be refunded.**
We do not cover/reimburse for shipping costs in regards to a return/exchange. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. If you have a warranty issue, please contact our team.
